- Consultation
Your provider reviews your medical history, discusses your goals and expectations, examines your anatomy, explains the procedure in detail, and shows before-and-after photos. This is your opportunity to ask questions about risks, results, and costs. - Informed Consent & Preparation
You’ll review and sign consent forms, and the treatment area is cleaned and prepared. Photographs are taken for medical records. You may be asked to avoid blood-thinning medications for several days prior to your appointment. - Local Anesthesia
Local anesthetic is administered to numb the treatment area. You remain awake and comfortable throughout. Most HA fillers also contain lidocaine for additional numbing effect. - Injection Procedure
Using a fine cannula, your provider carefully injects hyaluronic acid filler into multiple sites along the penile shaft, distributing the product evenly in the subcutaneous layer beneath the skin. The injection process typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on volume. - Post-Procedure Assessment
After completion, your provider assesses the result and provides detailed aftercare instructions. Most patients can leave within 15–30 minutes and go home the same day with results visible immediately. - Follow-Up
A follow-up appointment is typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks to assess healing, with a second evaluation at 4–6 weeks to confirm final results and discuss any touch-up needs.
